Add fruits (loaded with vitamins and antioxidants) to your water and make gorgeous detox drinks instead of unhealthy fizzy drinks!




Add honey to your drinks, if you prefer it sweat.

Add Chia seed. They are great source of Omega 3 and antioxidant (prevents aging) and your skin will love it.
